Will there be actual tickets distributed at the BHRC event on August 7-9th?
No, there will be no actual ticket provided. Guests are asked to use their registration email as confirmation for entry into the BHRC weekend.
Can I attend the BHRC event without registering?
All guests are required to complete the registration form as part of their confirmation to attend the event.
Can guests purchase a ticket at the BHRC event at the Hotel?
There will be no registrations allowed on at the Hotel.
What method of payment is accepted for the BHRC event registration?
All registrations will require a credit card payment. If you need assistance with completing the registration form, PLEASE reach out to a BHRC committee member to assist you. If you do not have a credit card, Zelle is also another method of payment to confirm your attendance at the event. A BHRC committee member can assist with the Zelle payment.
What if I am only able to attend one day out of the three-day weekend event?
Registration for the BHRC event covers your entry for the entire weekend. The cost is for all three days.
How do I secure my hotel for the BHRC event?
All hotel reservations can be made directly from the Bostonhrc.com website that includes a group rate. You are also welcome to call the Hotel directly 781-329-1000.
Where can I find out what time each event begins for the BHRC weekend?
All information pertaining to the BHRC 2026 event will be available on the Bostonhrc.com website.
What if I am no longer able to attend the BHRC event once I have paid and registered?
All registrations are non-refundable. If you are no longer able to attend the BHRC event, please reach out to one of the listed BHRC committee members on the website at Bostonhrc.com at your earliest convenience.
Will I be able to change my meal selection once I have registered?
All meal selections must be finalized by July 1, 2026, for an accurate food count. You are welcome to edit your google registration form and change your selection before the July 1, 2026, due date.
Can I register to attend the event without making a payment?
No event registrations will be confirmed unless it is accompanied by a payment.
Where will the Family Day on Sunday be held?
All information and updates as well as confirmed location of the Sunday Family Day will be communicated via our website at Bostonhrc.com Please make sure to check the site frequently.
What is the dress code for all three days of the BHRC event?
Friday – All-White Meet & Greet
Kick off the reunion weekend in style! Guests are encouraged to wear all white attire for this elegant meet and greet celebration.
Saturday – Formal Gala Night
Saturday evening is our signature celebration. Guests are expected to wear formal attire. Think elegant evening gowns, cocktail dresses, or suits and tuxedos.
Sunday – Family Fun Day / Cultural Celebration
Sunday’s event is relaxed and family friendly. Feel free to wear casual or cultural attire, comfortable for outdoor activities, music, and community celebration.
Where can I purchase a BHRC T-shirt?
T-shirts will be available to purchase for $25 all weekend at the registration tables at the Hotel and on Sunday at the Family Day!
Are children allowed to attend the BHRC event?
The BHRC Event is open to all ages. The cost is the same to attend.
Are drinks included in the cost for the event?
Cash bars will be available on Friday at the meet and greet as well as on Saturday at the Dedham Holiday Inn.
Can we sell food at the Sunday Family Fun Day?
Please reach out to a BHRC member to confirm. This will vary depending on permit and what park is confirmed.
How far is the City of Boston to the Dedham Holiday Inn?
The Dedham Holiday Inn is about 25 min from the City of Boston via car.
